Heart-Warming Blanket Event

The Story
"The greatest story ever told" is not just a cliché. It's a story of a God who goes to heroic lengths to seek out the lost, heal the broken, reinstate the rebellious, and buy back those who have wandered from him. That is what "The Story" is all about. It's the story of the Bible, God's great love affair with humanity, and it's filled with intrigue, drama, conflict, romance and redemption. And, believe it or not, it's all 100 percent true. Come join us for exciting journey through "The Story."
Chapter 26: The Hour of Darkness
Saturday September 27
Sunday September 28
A pivotal episode in The Story is when Jesus dies an ugly death on a cross at a place called Golgatha. There he gives his life as a willing sacrifice. The net result of his death is world-changing and life-transforming. Come join us for the heart and core of The Story as we remember "The Hour of Darkness" in John 19:13-22, 28-30.
Chapter 27: The Resurrection
Saturday October 4
Sunday October 5
The Story reaches its climax when Jesus defeats death and rises again. The truthfulness of The Story hinges on whether or not Jesus' resurrection is real or not. St. Paul tells us that if Christ has not been raised our faith is in vain. You are invited to come and investigate the resurrection story as we explore Luke 24:1-8, 13-35.
Chapter 28: New Beginnings
Saturday October 11
Sunday October 12
The Story of the Bible tells us that before Jesus left the earth he commissioned his followers to be his witnesses in the world...throughout the world. However, it took awhile for them to really understand what this meant. As we explore Acts 10:1-29a, we will find out how God expanded their view of who he wanted them to reach with the Good News of Jesus. We pray that he will expand our view as well!
